Built strategically between the main highways in São Paulo (Anhanguera, Bandeirantes, Dom Pedro and Fernão Dias), has high production capacity and one of the most automated manufacturing facilities in the world, with the latest generation equipment for the manufacture of sheets and packaging conversion of paperboard.

Sheets

Has two corrugator, being the main difference of corrugator II to produce five types of waves: high, low, double, micro-wave, and three wavy, plus the opportunity to make composition of waves, for example, low wavy with micro-wave, two low waves, and so on.

Paper Packaging

It has an industrial park consisting on printers capable of printing on up to four colors, plus accessories and equipment for erection of walls, allowing us to meet all needs of the consummative market.

It has, moreover, an advanced automation system of treadmills and rollers that provide greater agility in the flow of production.

Artivinco makes in this unit, the conversion of packaging papers in their companies. The paper is company's strategy key, because it is independent of the changes in market and suppliers to remain competitive.

As the main differential, employs unique technology in Brazil using sugar cane fiber for the manufacture of paper, raw material ecologically correct, because takes the byproduct of sugar cane plants.

Paper
With innovative technology, the paper production is done virtually without the need of deforestation and reforestation, and having as a raw material, the cellulose extracted from the pulp of crushed sugar cane and recycling of scraps of paper, using small amount of cellulose extracted from wood.
The use of the cane bagasse, the fibers are separated for production of paper and what is left, called a cord, is used in the boiler to generate energy that feeds the machine itself, thereby opening up a revolving cycle that respects the environment . The paper machines produce Paper Kernels, White Art and Art liner, with weights that serve all market segments.

The Artivinco invested in a new unit for the manufacture of sheets and packaging of corrugated cardboard. Four hundred new direct and indirect jobs are being generated by this new manufacturing unit.
The factory is all automated with systems of treadmills, which provides greater agility in the process.
